Kestrels Shine in Essex Women’s Pathway Selections
Frenford Cricket Club is delighted to announce that a number of our talented Kestrels players have been selected for Essex Women’s squads across multiple age groups for the upcoming season.
Several players have also earned places in the Essex Early Engagement Programme (EEP) an important stage designed to support promising young cricketers on their journey into County Age Group (CAG) cricket and, for some, progression into the Emerging Player Programme (EPP) and ultimately Academy opportunities.
These achievements reflect the continued growth and strength of our Kestrels programme, driven by the dedication and hard work of Mafuza Patel and supported by our Head Coach and Essex Coach & Mentor, Robert Rollins.
Their combined leadership ensures our players receive high-quality coaching, structured development, and the support they need to pursue excellence.
