This is a big step forward — not just for RCA, but for the girls’ cricket community across Essex. Led by Coach Rob, alongside a team of experienced female coaches, this academy has been built with a clear vision: "To give girls the space, support, and structure to grow in confidence, develop their skills, and truly enjoy the game."
