Frenford's Kestrels 1st XI are just one win away from silverware as they travel to CO9, Gosfield CC this Sunday (21st June) for the Essex 100 Cup Plate Final, where they will face Hutton CC.

A 1:00pm start awaits in what promises to be a fantastic occasion for Fatima's side, who have shown tremendous resilience and quality throughout the competition to earn their place in the Final.

Confidence will be high following an outstanding semi-final victory over Coggeshall CC, where Georgie produced one of the innings of the season, carrying her bat for a magnificent 98 not out. Her fearsome knock helped steer the Kestrels into their first Essex 100 Cup Final and demonstrated the batting quality within this exciting squad.

The Kestrels have continued to grow in confidence throughout the 2026 campaign, combining experienced performances with an infectious team spirit that has made them one of Frenford's standout sides this season. Sunday's final presents a fantastic opportunity to cap that progress by bringing home county silverware to Frenford.
