Frenford Cricket Club is proud to congratulate our Emerging Senior Kestrels on a fantastic achievement, as they were crowned winners of the MET Essex District Beginners Indoor Softball Tournament.

This group, made up largely of the parents of our younger Kestrels, represents everything Frenford CC stands for, inclusivity, opportunity, and a genuine love for the game. Many of the players are still early in their cricketing journeys, making this success all the more special and a real milestone for the team.

The tournament win is another clear sign of the continued growth and development of the women’s section at FCC. From first-time participants to confident competitors, the Emerging Senior Kestrels showed teamwork, determination, and a willingness to learn and support one another throughout the competition.
