Good evening FCC Members,

Frenford Cricket Club is proud to celebrate one of its most cherished members, Keith Hurst, who has recently been honoured with the British Empire Medal (BEM) in His Majesty King Charles III’s Birthday Honours List.

This prestigious recognition highlights an extraordinary 50 years of service dedicated to charity work, community support, and tireless commitment to youth development.

Keith’s journey reached a remarkable milestone during his formal investiture at the historic Tower of London, where he received the BEM, a moment filled with pride, admiration, and heartfelt appreciation from all who have witnessed his decades of dedication.

Throughout his years with Frenford Cricket Club and the wider community, Keith has embodied the true spirit of service. His unwavering support for young people, offering guidance, opportunity, and encouragement, has made him not only a pillar within our club but a genuine inspiration to everyone who knows him.

This honour represents far more than a medal, it stands as a tribute to a lifetime of compassion, leadership, and commitment to improving the lives of others.

Congratulations Mr Hurst and thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do.
